Reduced number of targets in PVP/PVE 20 → 10.

Hellfire

Decreased Defense Penetration - 60% → 30%. PVP target limit decreased from 20 to 15.

Deadly Attraction

Changed:
DP cost 3.
Cooldown in PVP 10 seconds.
Cooldown in PVE 3 seconds.

Frost Trace

Skill Modification +3:
Increases the number of targets in PVP/PVE for the skill Frosty Rout:
PVP: attacks up to 6 targets.
PVE: attacks up to 10 targets.

Death Force 5 Lvl. (Death Knight's)

Increased the chance of an additional hit when using the Punishment skill 50% → 100%.
